Andrew Creese

Andrew Creese was a health economist with the World Health Organization from 1986 to 2004 during which period he worked on the economic and financial aspects of health systems and essential medicines. He worked closely with Margaret Ewan of HAI to define, shape and raise funds for the WHO-HAI project on medicine prices. Prior to working with WHO he taught and undertook research on health care and health policy in the UK and in less developed countries for the universities of Swansea, Sussex and London (St Thomas's Medical School and the LSE).
